Lead / Manager Java Production Support

Required Skills:

• Core Java, Spring frameworks and RestFul Web services
• Monitoring Tools: Splunk/ Dynatrace/ Sitescope/ Geneos/ Interscope/ HPBSM

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of working experience on Java/J2EE Server side development.
• Well versed with L2 & L3 activities.
• Experience in Production support is mandatory.
• In-depth experience on any of the monitoring tools like (Splunk,Dynatrace, Sitescope, Geneos, Interscope, HPBSM).
• Should be ready to work in rotational shifts.
• Provide on call support
• Handling Production Ticket/Issues.
• Preparing RCA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document
• Prepare and/or review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis.
• Team handling experience.
